The after-sales team has 18 bench workers and 6 polishers. 6 of them can go overseas for after-sales service. Startech has set up mold workshops in Mexico and Morocco, as well as local cooperative mold factories in Czech Republic and Spain. Can provide global after-sales service for customers.

NORTH AMERICA & SOUTH AMERICA

We have a workshop in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, which can make engineering change and modification. For customers in South America, we can arrange engineers to provide on-site support for complex molds.

EUROPE

We can arrange engineers to provide on-site support for complex molds in Europe. We have cooperative mold factories in Czech Republic and Spain.

NORTH AFRICA

It is ongoing to open a workshop in Tangier, Morocco, which will be put into operation in July 2020.
