In 1985, Jiangyin Jinghua was established, mainly making glass tools for automotive lighting.

In 1998, Jiangyin Jinghua began to make plastic tools for automotive lighting.

In 2009, Jiangyin Jinghua was reorganized and the Jiangsu Startech was set up to produce high tech and high quality plastic molds. The total area is 30,000 ㎡, and the workshop occupies 20,000 ㎡.

In 2012, Startech completed innovation and successively invested 8 million euros to upgrade the equipment.
